The Early Years strategy aims to support families to be best prepared to commence school.
The on school site Early Learning Programs are delivered by professional educators and provide activities that have a school readiness literacy or numeracy focus, in addition to providing families with increased awareness of the early years and developmental milestones and services available for their children.

The Partnership recently commenced its seventh Early Learning Program. The Cassia Education Support Centre program, delivered at Cassia Primary School on Fridays 8.30am to 10.30am, has a high level of communication support and sensory considerations, designed to include children with special or additional needs.
Providing for children who require additional support in self-regulation, with a heavy focus being on self-soothing strategies and providing a re-set room to support these needs, this program offers parents and carers an alternative place to take their children who require further language support in both expressive and receptive language.

The Cassia Education Support Centre program is delivered by two highly experienced early years teachers from Cassia Education Support Centre and offers:
- a gentle, play-based approach tailored to each child’s pace and preferences
- sensory-friendly spaces designed to reduce overwhelm and promote calm
- inclusive activities that support communication, social connection, and motor development
- experienced educators trained in supporting children with diverse sensory profiles
- a warm and welcoming environment where every child and family are valued and respected.
