The Early Years team have partnered with the school health nurses

The Early Years Team have partnered with the school health nurses from WACHS to help coordinate and support on school site health assessments for children across Hedland.

This collaboration resulted in increasing the number of child health assessments completed each day, demonstrating that a coordinated approach can improve service delivery for children and families.  Further collaboration between organisations will increase awareness for families of what services are available and how to access them.
